TPU Laminated Fabric for Rainwear: Waterproof Breathability and Lamination Checks
TPU laminated fabric is used when a rainwear, outdoor jacket, softshell or protective textile project needs waterproof performance with a laminated construction. To avoid repeated sample changes, buyers should confirm waterproof target, breathability, base fabric and bonding structure early.
1. Define the waterproof target
Waterproof fabric discussions should include the intended test method, water pressure requirement and final garment use. A simple water-resistant jacket does not need the same specification as technical rainwear, and overly high targets can increase cost or reduce hand feel comfort.
2. Confirm lamination structure
