FAQ

Common woven fabric sourcing questions

Answers for buyers preparing a woven fabric inquiry, sample request or bulk production discussion.

What information should I send for quotation?

Please include fabric type, composition, GSM, usable width, color, finishing, end use, estimated quantity, delivery market and any reference sample photos or technical sheet.

Can you develop fabric from a reference sample?

Yes. A physical sample, clear photos or a specification sheet helps the team review structure, hand feel, weight, finish and end use before suggesting a sampling route.

What is the usual MOQ?

MOQ depends on fabric type, colour, finishing process and whether greige or finished stock is available. Many custom woven fabric projects start from 1,000 metres per colour, but final MOQ must be confirmed by quotation.

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

Timing depends on yarn, greige availability, dyeing, coating, lamination and testing requirements. Many bulk orders are discussed around 15-35 days after sample approval and deposit, subject to final confirmation.

What quality points are checked before shipment?

Common checks include GSM, usable width, color consistency, hand feel, shrinkage, color fastness, coating or lamination appearance and visible fabric defects. Buyer-specific inspection standards can be discussed before bulk production.

Can certificates or test reports be provided?

Available certificates, mill documents or third-party test reports should be confirmed by order requirement. If a buyer needs a specific standard, please mention it before sampling and quotation.

How are woven fabrics packed?

Most fabrics are packed in rolls with protective inner and outer packing. Roll length, label details, carton or bale requirements and shipping marks can be confirmed before shipment.

How do I contact the sales team quickly?

Use the inquiry form on the Contact Us page or WhatsApp. Include technical details in the first message so the sales team can reply with a practical fabric direction.
