Packing & Shipping
Packing and shipment notes for woven fabric orders
Export orders require clear packing, roll labels, shipping marks and document communication before dispatch.
Roll packing
Woven fabrics are usually packed in rolls with inner protection and outer woven bag or film. Roll length and gross weight can be adjusted according to fabric type and buyer requirement.
Labels and shipping marks
Roll labels can include fabric name, color, lot number, quantity, usable width and order reference. Buyer-specific shipping marks should be confirmed before packing.
Inspection before shipment
Before dispatch, key points such as quantity, roll condition, packing status and buyer-agreed inspection items should be checked and communicated.
Export documents
Commercial invoice, packing list and other documents are prepared according to order terms. Certificate, test report or special document requirements should be raised before shipment.
Shipping terms
FOB, CIF, DDP or courier/sample shipment discussions depend on destination, volume and buyer arrangement. Final logistics terms are confirmed in writing.
Delivery communication
For smoother delivery, confirm consignee details, destination port or address, forwarder contact, document requirements and target delivery schedule before goods are ready.
