Sample Policy
Sampling workflow for woven fabric development
A clear sample process helps overseas buyers reduce repeated revisions before bulk production.
Reference review
Send a physical fabric swatch, photos or a technical sheet. The team reviews composition, structure, GSM, usable width, hand feel, finishing and target end use.
Specification confirmation
Before sample preparation, confirm required color, weight, usable width, stretch, coating, lamination, water resistance or other functional targets.
Sample type
Depending on the fabric, sampling may involve available stock swatches, lab dips, handloom references, yardage samples or trial production. The suitable route depends on order requirement and material availability.
Sample charge and freight
Sample cost and courier freight are confirmed case by case. For some stock swatches, sample cost may be lower; custom development may require material or process charges.
Approval before bulk
Bulk production should follow an approved sample or written specification. Tolerance, packing, lead time and inspection requirements should be confirmed before order release.
What to include in your request
Include fabric use, target market, expected quantity, color, functional requirement, testing standard and any target price range if available.
Need confirmation?
Send the fabric details before sampling or bulk order.
Share composition, GSM, usable width, color, finishing, quantity, end use and any testing or packing requirements.
